UC Davis Agricultural and Resource Economics

Research Interest Statement

My research is motivated by an interest in understanding the implications of government policies for the agricultural sector both in the United States and around the world. I work mainly on the economics of commodity policies, such as domestic farm programs and international trade policies, marketing orders and other collective action programs, and on the economics of agricultural science and technology policy.
