Abstract

My talk will cover the ongoing greater emphasis on interconnected research. We need to move away from thinking about the pillars to a prism of in interdependent systems. I will address how our research agenda illustrates this concept, but it is not without its challenges. An exciting issue moving forward relates to the Federal Statistical System and how we are building a data ecosystem to promote greater transparency in data access, which advances accuracy while safeguarding confidentiality. Lastly, I have a couple of current research endeavors going on that relate to the first two themes.
