ARE Assistant Professor Mark Agerton Addresses Economics of Natural Gas Flaring in New Marketplace Piece

ARE assistant professor Mark Agerton is the lead author of a new study from Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy aimed at understanding the economics of natural gas flaring in the United States and avenues for effective regulation. Agerton discussed the work in a recent Marketplace Morning Report piece as well as a United States Association for Energy Economics podcast in July, 2020.
