ARE professor Ashish Shenoy Presents as Part of COVID-19 Recovery Webinar
June 16, 2020
ARE assistant professor Ashish Shenoy presented at a recent webinar, “Early Evidence on COVID-19, Mobility, and Migration” sponsored by Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA). Shenoy joined an expert panel to discuss the various ways in which COVID-19 and migration are linked- specifically addressing policy issues facing migrants in Bangladesh.
The webinar was part of the Research for Effective COVID-19 Responses, or RECOVER effort launched by IPA to generate rigorous evidence, advise governments, and bring together partners across the research-to-policy sector to rapidly provide decision-makers with data and evidence to mitigate the impacts of the pandemic.
