20th Biennial California Agribusiness Executive Seminar Examines Strategies for Competing in a Changing Environment

The Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics (ARE) and Wells Fargo Bank recently hosted the 20th California Agribusiness Executive Seminar. This biennial seminar brings together top executives and leaders in the agribusiness community to discuss strategic issues and challenges facing their businesses through analysis of contemporary case studies. The interactive case-study format allows participants to exchange ideas and enhance strategic thinking by focusing on challenges and opportunities faced by peer companies.

“Over the course of three days, California agribusiness leaders were able to learn more about the latest industry innovations by closely examining companies utilizing these new strategies,” said Seminar Faculty Director Tina Saitone, also an Associate Cooperative Extension Specialist in ARE. “We thank all participants for attending this educational opportunity and truly making it a beneficial event for the California agribusiness community.”
