16 ARE Graduate Students, 1 Postdoctoral Scholar to Give Presentations at AAEA Annual Meeting

Sixteen ARE graduate students and one ARE postdoctoral scholar will give presentations at the Agricultural & Applied Economics Association (AAEA) Annual Meeting Aug. 5–7 in Washington, D.C.
The AAEA is the leading U.S. association of agricultural and applied economists, with approximately 2,600 members, and the annual meetings are the premier events bringing them together. The selection of presenters at the annual meetings is highly competitive, the result of a rigorous peer-reviewed process. Most AAEA Annual Meeting attendees work in academic departments, government agencies, NGOs, and the private sector fields of agricultural and applied economics. Approximately 1,500 attendees from various organizations and countries are expected to attend this year's event.
