The Liquid Sugars, Inc. Education Enrichment Fund was established in 1981 by donors affiliated with Liquid Sugars, Inc. The fund supports educational tours and visiting lecturers regarding California agriculture and agribusiness.

ARE 293: Analysis of California Agriculture and Resources is offered in winter quarter each year as the classroom component of the program of study that includes the activities supported by the Liquid Sugars, Inc. Education Enrichment Fund.
